These Long Modified Double End Hex Stud are made to use with one of our Cogan Valley Machine Exclusive Design Quick Hitch Adapters utilizing the push plate or 4 stud reinforcement plate in cases that require the plate to fall behind the surface of the quick hitch casting.
Our hex studs are made of durable 4140 steel hardened to a grade 5 bolt strength. The modified hex stud has a 1/4" shorter hex portion and a 1/4" longer thread length on one end making the overall length the same as the OEM hex stud. The overall length is 5-1/4". The hex length is modified to 1-1/4" with 1/2-13 thread of 1-7/8" on one end (same as standard OEM) and 2-1/8" on the other (modified end).
The shorter hex portion stud will work where the standard OEM stud is used in most cases.
The "Gravely" price for the standard OEM stud is now over $27.00. We can offer these at factory direct prices, to you, for less than half.
